From the description just given, I can not be sure, but this fish was probably a fungal skin infections. I think "Maroxy" made by Mardel is a good treatment for them. You can also try Pimafix and / or Melafix.
Another option is fish tuberculosis, which is incurable.
What does "... of TP" mean?
